This bill is a travesty. It subverts due process and violates the rights of the accused. In short it is unconstitutional.
Absolutely! It violates the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments. I can not believe people are so willing to give up their rights. So you take someone’s guns away, then what? What have you done for the person? How are they not a threat anymore since you haven’t helped them. All you did was anger them and drive away with their property, seized illegally.
And this is how it starts. Let’s see what happens I would like to see the list of people who use this new bill. Sad day in the USA.

Unbelievable!!!! I thought you all took an oath to uphold the Constitution and the bill of rights. With this passage you have spit on them. Violating the 2nd ammendment, and the 4th amendment. Very sad there is no rights you will try and destroy.

This bill is a real shame and goes against our 2nd Amendment! You left wing power hungry, don’t care to listen to your contiguints will be voted out!

Red flag = unconstitutional. This when passed, and it will, must be challenged and in Court for a Supreme Court hearing on it.
