Denver, CO – Governor Jared Polis ordered private Colorado businesses to close down for at least 30 days in response to COVID-19.

The reason George Washington said our system is designed only for a moral people is that if people do not do the right thing voluntarily we cannot stay free of government interference.
This is extremely ridiculous! It’s a shame that more Americans/businesses aren’t standing up against all of this cowardice and the governor!
Polis has gone WAY TOO FAR! He can ASK. That is all. He cannot mandate that private businesses shut down!
He wants to create a HUGE FINANCIAL PROBLEM in Colorado and then put a huge stimulus bill on the ballot in November! (Likely one that eliminates TABOR)
Polis is inappropriately assuming power that he has NO RIGHT TO ASSUME. And he’s doing it to further his radical leftist agenda for Colorado!
