With the Democrats out of control in the legislature and Polis unchecked, many Republican officials put support behind Ken Buck in this year’s vote for Colorado Republican Party chair.
They wanted change, and they wanted a strong leader in the seat and found that Ken Buck was the man for the job.
Change is a great first step, but according to a post made a few days ago by watchdog activist Matt Arnold, there are quite a few officers in the Republican IEC board that have worked to divide the party more than unify it.
According to Arnold, these are the people who control the vast amounts of money used to influence elections. While he doesn’t ask the question, I think the true heart of the matter is will Ken Buck clean house and remove/replace the board members seen as problem children? Do you think he should? Let us know in the comments.
Clean house, the same old same old has cost our state big time. Time to reach out to new thinking and listen to the younger voters. They swung left in the last election. Time for some fresh faces running for offices in our state, and we need a strong communicator to beat Bennett.
Good luck, you are in our prayers.
I’m hoping Ken Buck will not run a rino for governor. I did vote Republican for governor of Colorado knowing he wasn’t the right candidate. Please put in a candidate that can actually win! Looking forward to Ken as chairman.
