In what should have been two nights of selling themselves to the American people, last week’s Democratic Debates were anything but that.
Instead, we saw Democrats doing everything they could to pander to the far-left communities, completely ignoring entire groups of people Donald Trump won in 2020.
The result was a night of pandering to Hollywood Boulder instead of the working-class Americans who handed Donald Trump victory in 2016.
Instead, we get free healthcare for illegal immigrants, publicly-funded abortions, national gun registration, and major tax increases.
They even promised a bailout for college graduates, who overwhelmingly make more money and are better off than the other 60% of Americans.
In fact, there was hardly a mention of working-class voters throughout the entire debate.
Colorado’s Western Slope and communities like Pueblo are hurting at the hands of liberal elitist who kill jobs and destroy their opportunity to succeed. Those people voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump, and now Democrats are proving that they voted correctly.
The bad news is that Democrats are doing the same thing in Colorado, grifting taxpayers on green energy kickbacks instead of focusing on out-of-control housing costs, crumbling infrastructure, and failing communities.
The good news is, it’s more obvious than ever that the Democrats don’t have what it takes to win the Whitehouse in 2020.
