Denver, CO – The Colorado State House and Senate convene at 9:00 A.M.
On third and final reading in the House is HB20-1001, Nicotine Product Regulation. The bill increases the minimum age for purchasing nicotine and tobacco products to 21. It also repeals the penalty for minors purchasing or attempting to purchase these products while increasing maximum fines for business owners.
Gun control bills were recently announced, including a mandatory “safe” storage bill.
