Tomorrow, the House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on the “red flag” gun confiscation bill at the Old State Library.

  1. Passage of the Popular Vote bill would result in presidential candidates ignoring Colorado entirely. Why would they visit here or care about us when our electoral votes would go the way of Chicago, NYC, Los Angeles and San Francisco? This is a very bad idea!

  2. The popular vote bill effectively puts a gag in the citizens of Colorado’s mouth and would make it impossible to have effect in National elections.

  3. The Red Flag gun confiscation bill is a guaranteed way to get people and officers killed. It has already happened in other states that have this bill. This can be used as a weapon against someone with whom you just don’t get along.

  4. I’m not sure if our elected officials are aware that there are thousands of people across the state that already have their properties for sale, I am included because of the unconstitutional things going on at the capital. This anti- American behavior should be punishable as a act of Treason. I truely hope our SCOTUS will rule against these ignorant individuals that are running Colorado into the ground.
