Denver, CO – The Colorado State House and Senate convene at 9:00 A.M.

HB20-1319, Prohibit Sale Of Flavored Nicotine Products, is being heard in the House Health & Insurance Committee.

HB20-1306, Excise Tax Credit Unsalable Alcohol Beverages, is being heard in the House Business Affairs & Labor Committee. It repeals a tax credit for unsaleable beverages. So, if a company cannot sell a case of beer they have paid taxes on, they can no longer get that money back. Democrats are looking for every possible way to fund their overspending habits.
